This fully managed interior fit-out of a private residence demonstrates our ability to combine structural renovations with bespoke furniture design. We joined the project in the construction phase of a new build, where part of the interior had already been partially demolished. Our task was to complete the shell construction and take over all finishing works, from utilities and technical installations to final interior furnishing. From water and waste plumbing in the kitchen and bathrooms to electrical wiring, lighting, and media cabling, we delivered a turnkey service without the need for the client to coordinate multiple suppliers.
The focal point of the home is a custom kitchen, seamlessly connected to the living area, combining natural wood veneer finishes with matte black elements. The kitchen features a full-height veneered wall cladding with integrated doors and concealed light switches. All appliances in both the kitchen and utility room are by Miele, ensuring premium functionality and comfort. A central island serves not only as a functional workspace but also as a key design element, enhanced by timeless pendant lighting and precise joinery detailing throughout.
In the living area, we designed and installed a custom media wall, finished in warm wood veneer, with concealed storage and minimalist open shelving. The entrance dressing room includes bespoke cabinetry and integrated access to a guest bathroom, where we combined Porcelanosa Travertine wall tiles with a light ivory-toned concrete render. The same Porcelanosa Travertine floor tiles were laid throughout the entire house, seamlessly without transition strips, creating a unified and visually calm surface.
The master bathroom underwent a complete transformation – from infrastructure to the final interior finish. The space features travertine wall cladding paired with custom NAVO cabinetry that hides ample storage behind elegant fronts. A Technistone countertop with twin vessel sinks and a large mirror with integrated LED backlighting adds both luxury and lightness. Black taps and sanitary fittings were selected to echo the tone of the kitchen and unify the interior’s visual language, giving the home a consistent, modern yet welcoming character.
Our involvement didn’t stop at the kitchen and bathrooms – we designed and installed furniture for other key areas of the house as well. This included the entryway with veneered cladding and a built-in pocket frame for sliding glass doors, a mudroom by the garage with custom cabinetry and two integrated doors, a utility room with dedicated laundry storage, and various built-in storage zones throughout. The entire interior was completed with Italian wallcoverings, clean white paint finishes, and precise carpentry details tailored to the space. The result is a timeless home with no compromises. Planning a space that reflects your lifestyle and meets everyday needs? Let NAVO bring your interior to life – with purpose, precision, and elegance.
